Honestly, this actually makes perfect sense if you think about it.
Sora's hair would look rather similar to Rapunzel's after her fateful haircut.
They're far enough away from him, and probably moving around, so it WOULD look like the two Rapunzel's are next to each other.
This is assuming that Rapunzel got her magic golden hair back (perhaps because curaga or regen or some time magic spell was cast on her),
which would explain how her bae knows what her short haired forms hair looks like, but other than that, yeah, it honestly makes sense.
Actually, now I'm wishing that we'd gotten more of the more modern/recent disney movies for KH worlds. The TV shows too!
Just imagine Sora hanging out with T.J. and the gang from Recess! Or Sora VS She-Go in the Kim Possible world! It'd rock! XD
