Actually, Makoto is not stacked at all which is easily understood by the fact that she wears a "training bra" under her karate gi (the red shirt-like thing) which is specifically for girls in the early stages of puberty that have just started developing breasts but are not yet big enough for a real bra; so if anything she is practically flat as a board in the chest.

Makoto, even in good hands, is solid mid-tier at best. The true god tier characters (Yun, Chun-Li, Ken...in that order) are just much easier to use and have the same, if not superior effectiveness. It's a shame, though...she and Dudley are wonderful fighters to watch when played effectively.

@Anon1. Boi... Sagat isnt even in third strike. and one of her moves only hits if ur directly above her, i see so many mess-ups where ppl do that move and get punished all the way to death. No1 likes that shyt, she is bad. Ibuki on the other hand, is fun to play with b/c ppl get mad when u kno how to use her. not alot of openings with her
