As far as I understand, after the head of security for the family voluntered to sacrifice herself for the sake of the dauhter they summoned some high ranking adventurers from the guild to use magick to help locate her. Here we see that they are trying to use their equipment to locate a source, the daughter tells them that she is tied up and blindfolded.
What they don't know is that the three adventurers are in on it and are currently having sex with the knight while standing in front of her; the guy with the glasses has his dick inside her mouth while his pants are enchanted to stop noise she could make to come out, the guy with the mask is licking on her breasts and the guy with the staff is fucking her while one of his finger is inside her ass.

ldmt1995 is completely right. But to supplement their explanation, let me explain in detail what is what, because lord knows that portal diagram is confusing.

The woman we see sitting on the bed is the deputy to the head of security. She has been 'partially kidnapped' - she has had the portal devices labelled in green placed on her, swapping her mouth, chest and groin area with the (fully kidnapped) noble's daughter. The noble's daughter is lying bound on a bed in a safe location, and the noble family desperately wants to find her.

In that safe location, where the deputy's body parts are currently accessible, additional smaller portal devices have been fixed in place - these are the pink ones.

The three men who have been paid to come to help investigate the situation and work out how to rescue the deputy and find the noble's daughter are in fact secretly part of the criminal partial slavery gang. They have set up hidden portals (the other side of the pink portals) inside their masks and pants as described by ldmt1995, in order to be able to torment and fuck the deputy in front of the noble family without the noble family realizing what's happening.

The final thing that ronofu decided to add as a detail, that wasn't mentioned above, is that the deputy's breasts and groin have been covered in strong aphrodesiac lotion. Because why not, eh?
