Unless it's one of those backless/handle-less ones, there is no possible way to truly determine if there really is a wheelchair there. Sure, she's paralyzed in the world of the living, but it's fanart. They can do anything with the characters, including make Yui fully "healed" so to speak. Removing tag until proven otherwise.
