Hmm, the blue one is subbing Monk, the red one is subbing Dragoon, the green one looks to be carrying the Save-The-Queen, so that makes her subbing Knight, and I think that axe signifies Geomancer.

Equip Axe is a Squire ability.

yes but axes are one of the few weapons that are good for geomancers as far as im concerned
