i can do that with my arm and entire hand its my trump card if im losing in a sport. its mostly just to hear them scream and say are you okay. then you say im a man I'll just pop it back into place then watch one of the kids puke on themselves its fucking hilarious.

Leaving aside the finger issue (matter that I cede to others) is great to see how Naruto, having Sakura, "the love of his life", right there, and almost fulfilling his dream, he was enraptured by the huge and heavy tits of Tsunade.
While Tsunade is busy teaching, he is no longer interested in Sakura, he is staring at the old woman's face, fantasizing in many ways, wishing that Sakura has something of that.
