The fact that the ropes are sentient and intelligent mean that they can adapt to any attempts to escape. She's going to be bound for the rest of her life, and forced into orgasms at the pleasure of the ropes. Worse, she will be denied orgasm until the ropes desire it.

sentient as they may be, these ropes appear to be made from organic fibres. that is to say, they are not particularly resistant to repeated abrasion and moisture. and let me tell you something about tying up young women - that is a situation that creates a LOT of abrasion and moisture. i mean, not even taking piss into account, she's probably going to be sweating a hell of a lot, and if you look at the way she's tied up there are a lot of rope elbows rubbing up against each other.
if she struggles continuously (accounting, of course, for fatigue and sleep), i wouldn't expect them to last for more than about a year. probably less than that, considering the effect of urine's acidity on whichever portion happens to be over her cooter at the time. plus, if the ropes are rearranging themselves on a regular basis, that's going to create a lot of wear in and of itself.
also i wonder how the ropes plan to keep her fed, seeing as she's pretty much completely immobile and the ropes are unable to go out and scrounge for food as long as they remain wrapped around her
