Nope. It's Yuuka Kazami. It's a fairly understandable mistake though. She does seem to be drawn in sort of a Higurashi kind of style.

1: Yuuka is sadistic, and she's hurting somebody while having sex. Thus, she is having happy sex.

Having an erection is a physical response that cannot be easily controlled-- it's well documented in horrible real-life cases where child molesters rape boys they use the boys' throbbing erections rapists use in order to shame and humiliate them (so that they are less likely to tell the police)
