I can't read Japanese, but I'm going to take a guess about what's going on here. Satoshi encountered something he doesn't know while watching TV, and wondered out loud what it meant. Ritsu, in the background, basically repeated his question back to him, prepared to educate her little brother. He then pulls out his phone to look it up on the net. Ritsu realizes that there was no place for her as a helpful guide for her little brother, and felt deeply disappointed.
