I find it always quite confusing when it comes to these charts. Who decides the sizes? The artist or what the community has decide through endless supply of pictures?

Mostly based on personality traits, who is the protagonist and body features. Bocchi for example has big boobs in the manga so the joke is that she can hide big things easily, hence the big BOCCHI THE COCK. (i had to do it sorry lol)
