Why is this denoted "sensitive"?
Is it cause of the cake knife? Please don't say it's because of the cake knife. Or is it because Bocchi has her arm around Kita's waist?
But... They're fully clothed?
One could argue its just like hyping her up to cut the cake.

I can't tell if I'm the one who doesn't understand the sensitive tag, or if others don't understand the sensitive tag. I just thought it was for like Bikinis and other lewd but not nude thingies. I would argue there's nothing remotely lewd about this image
