Well seeing as The Warden was beaten to within an inch of his life its possible. Who knows mabey some of the escaped prisoners from level 6 showed up and messed him up for revenge.

I think if Bon Clay DID survive, it was either due to timely intervention of Level 6 prisoners and/or Blackbeard, or Magellan leaving him alive to suffer torture for the rest of his life.

In any case, I think they'll reveal that he's alive and hiding out in Newkama Land when thhe "Decks of the World" coverstory reaches the Impel Down Arc.
