Right side panels: Sakuya teaches the class why Patchouli is behind her studies because of the recent premieres of soap operas.
Left side panels: "Meanwhile! At the legion of Doom!" all hell breaks loose! While Meiling is still sleeping on the job and Patchouli still procrastinates while trying her best to catch a Pikachu.

Personally I think that Flan cleaning rather that Meiling cleaning is an improvement.

Meiling is better off doing what she's good at.
