Oh, I see. This is supposed to reference Omega's giant "Armed Phenomenon" form (2nd phase of the final battle) in Megaman Zero 3. This phase is alternatively named "Fusion Omega".
The white armor, which Omega [Zero's original body] is sealed inside, becomes gargantuan in size due to the influence of the "Dark Elf"; the armor gains extra "X" and "Zero" limbs on either side of the body.
It's just a shame that the phase is so disappointingly easy (relatively speaking), though. I heard that, were it not for the GBA's limitations, the fight against Fusion Omega would've been significantly more difficult.
