It might be Ms. Marvel/ Binary in front. The robot looks more like Gurren Lagann than anything from Marvel or DC.

It's the wording at the bottom. When Marvel releases advanced copies of their covers they use that style with the title/number on the left and Marvel.com on the right.

I'm a little curious as to who these two are supposed to be in this art piece myself. At the least, I'm getting a Phoenix or Dark Phoenix vibe from Nia in this picture. And considering what it's parodying...
