Easier way:

1. I wish for a bracelet that has the same rules as your lamp, but with infinite wishes.
2. I wish that no matter what I do, you will never try to harm me
3. I wish that you were bound to my bracelet instead of your lamp.

Voila. A bracelet-held genie with infinite wishes and an inability to try being nasty because you tricked him/her.

Or you could just befriend her by setting her free, effectively having a limitless supply of wishes, without making her hate you. Y'know. Like Aladdin did.
