The lulziest thing is that if you look at the timeline in strike witches Staline ans Hitler are already the leaders in their country when the neuroïs attacked which mean that it is actually 50% canon (since they already lolified mussolini I guess they are also little girls thus the 50%)

No, canon is that they never came to power. There's an allusion at some point that Hitler was killed during the Beer Hall Putsch, when he was arrested in reality, but it's uncertain. There's no mention of Stalin, but it's known that the Bolshevik Revolution never happened so Orussia is still a Tsarist state.
