I know her eyes are supposed to be silver, and maybe I'm wrong, but her eyes do seem to have a hint of green, and her hair does seem like a really "dull" (not sure if that's the best word) green, and while her eyes may possibly not be a really "dull" green like her hair (although I think they are in this pic), her hair may create some sort of "illusion" to make her eyes look "green", at least more green than silver I guess.
