I understand people draw characters as a different color sometimes, the only time I have a problem is when the artist is like "this is what this character should have looked like" and yes I've seen artists do that sometimes.

Yeah this looks bad I like dark skin characters but when you make light skin characters dark or vise versa it makes me cringe hard!
