@OneTrueLoser I'm not an expert in "trasngender lingo" but I think "top surgery" is used to refer to biological females chopping their boobs off in order to pass as transgender men. I think here you'd just call it a boob job.

@SadSap "top surgery" just refers to any surgery performed for the purposes of gender affirmation, so FtM would be a mastectomy and MtF would be breast implants.
