There's a very easy trick to decensoring this artist's work I thought I'd share... in Photoshop, select the entire grayed area with your lasso, then switch to the dodge tool. Set the mode to "highlights", the exposure to 100%, and make the brush size large enough to cover the entire area. Turn airbrush mode on, then press and hold the mouse over the highlighted area until the area stops getting lighter. You have to do this in one press of the mouse, because if you stop and press again it'll result in it getting too light. If you did everything right you should notice the censored area is now the exact same color as the non-censored area. You'll probably have to clean up the very edges of the censored area as they are now probably very light, but it's generally done quickly and easily with the blur and clone stamp tools. It looks like his censorship method is to just use the burn tool over the area with the exposure set at 100%.

PROTIP: Upload to danbooru instead, it ends up here. It also keeps a backup copy on danbooru in case this site is down, and prevents duplicates in case of someone else uploading there later.
Whenever I have something to upload I just put it over there.

#361911: I don't have an account there either...
#362106: I never said I was an expert, it's just something I've figured out from experimentation. :P By the way, the censored area is anti-aliased and blurred so you're going to wind up with bits to clean up either way.
There are a couple of his images this trick doesn't work for, but the vast majority of them are compatible with it.
