Very poor firearm safety.
1. Finger is inside the trigger guard - Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
2. It looks like she might be pointing it at her own leg - Don't point at anything you're not willing to destroy.
3. She has no visible holster to keep the gun secured to her body. If she was concealed carrying, the holster would be visible given that she has no pants on, and an underarm holster would be visible in this image. - Be aware of the location of your gun.
