This scene never made it to the west, along with the one where Moena(Angel Blade) is having the nightmare of being raped by Nailkaizer. You can find them online, but they are censored.

This scene apparently doesn't exist at all. There was a discussion on Hongfire, and no version of any episode is known to contain this scene.
