Some suggestions about tagging:
Tagging is for people to find images that have a certain item somewhere in the entire image. Tags like "no_staff" and "no_halo" make no sense. Only tag what IS on the image.

I wonder what others think about "modded_by_rena". I also mod drawings and sign my work with a logo on the image (& sometimes text), tagging as you did might be a way for fans of your mods to find all of them, but the same might be done by simply clicking on your name to look at your "Recent Uploads".

Personally, I think you should tag this with "photoshop" even though you use another application. You can tell us what you used in a comment, instead (if anyone cares).

As for the last question, I don't see why you wanted to remove the halo and the staff, but you might as well remove the wings, as well. Then, she will be fully human as you seem to want. Personally, I like to remove a girl's clothes and that isn't needed here.
