I think you can add black lines around Jody's irises and make the highlights in her eyes slightly brighter. You can try to blur and adjust the contrast of her eyelashes (the part that your drew over) too so that it blends in with the other parts of her face. Right now, it sticks out because it's too sharp.

Also, there seems to be some sort of artifact in her hair, near her right cheek and at the top of her head there. You must have forgotten to turn something off.

As for Saeki, I think you can turn off the black lines that are tracing her outline.
