Neither an original nor from Bamboo Blade, it'd seem. After comparison with other pictures by Tony Taka (this word order in Japanese as in English), I conclude she's Mizushima Asa from Sora no Iro Mizu no Iro, based on greater probability solely for the time being and pending further evidence.
