As for anyone wondering the "why" of Hokuto Musou as a tag: the outfit is from that game, along with Toki throwing a bus at Kung Fu Man, as well as using Hokuto Ujouhaganken (his level 2 "ultra," and it's Hokuto Musou because he's levitating unlike the PS2/arcade fighting game where he's sitting), and the last attack is his "level 3 ultra" from Hokuto Musou.
