Gotta wonder though, is Kisame scaly or soft, and if scaly....is he scaly everywhere. Cause I would think the pulling out would hurt, of course Itachi is probably a masochist so whats to stop him. I'm not saying that in a mean way either, just saying, you never know with certain ninja.
