It's not traced. if it were, the pose would be exactly the same. You can clearly see, that the artist drew this comletely on his own. It's a different style, different bodyshapes and only a similar pose.
people trace, if they lack skill - this artist clearly has skill and could produce this art entirely on his own.
If anything, this is a parody - artists often do this. especially parodies of famous paintings, like the one linked above.
