Rie's right hand looks awkward here due to how it's drawn. It's as if all four of her fingers are bent and then wrapped around the book. Her knuckles should be visible here too instead of being hidden from the camera. Maybe it's because you wanted to fit her hands and the book in the frame.
As for Nami, I think her face is drawn too wide. You should make her face narrower. In fact, you can even afford to remove the cleavage entirely so that it will focus on just her face.

Thanks for the observations (I was aware of the flaws but I ignored them, that was wrong). The hand was fine but when I drew the book it was evident that both positions did not match (I can fix it by redrawing the hand, it will be easy). As for the image below, considering the size of the hole in the wall, I don't know if half of the face should be shown to look more believable. Due to the height at which the hole was made, the character is leaning (I should draw it darker from the sky downwards to indicate that that part of the body is further away from.

As for Nami's face, you should definitely stick with showing her whole face as that's what the meme's all about. What you can do is make the hole narrower, which will result in Nami's face looking narrower and like she's slightly squeezing her face in to look at Rie. The main concern right now is that Nami looks like she's in 4:3 ratio but stretched to fit into 16:9, which doesn't look good.
I understand that Nami is leaning forward, therefore the cleavage is seen. If that's the case, you can darken that part of the body, as you've mentioned, and maybe bring the cleavage line (the "Y" shape caused by her breasts) slightly lower.
