There is nothing to argue. In Japan it's the girl who gets/makes chocolate and gives it away on Valentine's Day. Her eyes are squarely on the viewer. It's obvious the choco is for you.

Previous commenter, you dodged the question, not only could we be anyone, but remember that Rwby is an america show, so it very well could have been from someone else, so there could be an argument, and I hope there isnt any, for all of our sakes
