This scene is almost the ~Gold Standard~ for the ~Erotic Maid Fantasy~.
It even has a Villain who almost wins & a Hero who swoops in at the last moment for the save!
Aside from the missing Passionate Sex scene at the end, I'd say there's only a few elements missing from this Maid Fantasy.

There should have been a shot at the beginning where all the girls from the series were shown in maid outfits, busy at work cleaning and performing other tasks in the various halls, rooms, and living spaces of the mansion, before cutting to the scene with Charlotte working alone in the quiet bedroom where this scene plays out.
Also, I think there should be (in the missing Sex Scene) a shot where a young maid in the room next door hears their Passionate Love making, and starts to secretly watch them through a crack in the barely opened door. She is then joined later in the scene by 1 or 2 other maids.
