Fairly obvious on the hero: Slood, Gooey Gear, Slime Shield, Falcon Sword, Fingerless Gloves. Not sure about the pants, but Combat Trousers are the closest color match, and would fit with the Fingerless Gloves as Martial Artist-only.
Lower-right girl: Sizzling Bikini Top and Sizzling Bikini Bottom, Thug's Mug, I think Monarch's Mittens, Lightning Staff
That's a Pillar of Strength in the lower left that I think the bunnygirl's supposed to be standing on? Speaking of the bunnygirl: Bunny Ears obviously, Dragon Trousers, Strongsam
Upper right: Cat Ears, Maid Outfit, I think that's a Metal Slime Spear, I'm gonna take a shot and say Heavy Handwear, and Somnia Boots. Hard to tell about pants, but I'd guess either White Tights or Transparent Tights. Could be something shorter like Wonder Pants too.

So we've got two Martial Artists, a caster of some sort (probably Sage), and a non-caster of some sort (only class restriction is Heavy Handwear which can be anything but Mage or Sage, I'd take a guess at him being Gladiator (I'd say Paladin, but then he -really- should have a shield))

I love how the hero(ine)'s limbs jut through the Slime costume, just like they do in the game.

the marital artist bunny girl riding the Pillar of Strength is obviously a reference to Mercenary Tao from Dragon Ball.
