You're basically correct Anonymous #4. The artist is Aita Nikov, artist of the Milk Gohan circle.

I imagine this is just a random pic, but the futanari girl (and the woman in the background) are the main characters in his Chijyoku Gakuen series. I think the three he's released so far have been scanned adn translated, look 'em up. (Third one has male fucking futa and exhibitionism. Yay.)
