You can't "peak" out the other side because that doesn't make any sense. The word is "peek" but what you really meant to say was "poke out."
"Peeking out" is not even English lmao

While "peak" was incorrect, "peek" and "poke" can both be correct in this context. "Peeking out" is an English phrase, meaning to stick out slightly and be partly seen.
