ACTUALLY jedi1357, technically 13 is a child. Child(by Japanese law) is someone under 20. In the US: Under 18. There for: LOLI!

ACTUALLY Otaku2012, loli is irrelevant to age. A twenty-year-old could be a loli if she appeared to be young, and a thirteen-year-old who appeared more mature wouldn't be one.
This is an important distinction, as it marks how lolicon is wholly seperate from pedophilia.

"Child" is more of a philosophical concept. Like gender. People simply come in a spectrum of two sexes and varying degrees of physical development.
