Well lots of people would be dead without Orihime as well. Including lots of main characters. Sakura is still pretty useless though, but I think she's done a few small things. Nami obviously has done a lot and can't be called useless.

I wouldn't say "useless" (barring Sakura), I think the theme here is the character's concept of various anime's hottest babes... but then any kunoichi other than Sakura would be there instead. :P
