Tsunade's personal all-healing seal that cures all her wounds (even fatal ones) at the cost of all her chakra. The bad news are that after depleting all her chakra with this seal, she always goes back to her true self (a wrinkled old lady).

It always bothered me that, in the series she is in her early 50's, but she has the body of a 70+ year old when out of her Henge. Jiraiya doesn't have a single wrinkle despite probably having 1000 STDs to lower his health.

Anon3: Actually, Jiraiya has nothing affecting his age/body. No technique/condition doing that for him...

On the other hand, its stated that whenever Tsunade used her Souzou Saisei (her seal's technique), it shortened her lifespan dramatically. So there's really a reason as to why her "true self" looks much older than Jiraiya, even though they have the same age.

Not to mention that its said one's body aging is proportial to the way he/she lives. Jiraiya/Naruto are kids at heart (although one of them is quite a perverted kid...) while Tsunade/Sakura are always mad about something and get irritated with extreme ease...

Actually Anon2, the Infuuin is a seal that constantly collects and stores some of the chakra her body produces into itself for use later with the Infuuin: Kai technique being where she releases the seal and causes it to pump the chakra back into her body for immediate use.

She pairs this technique with her Souzou Saisei technique which utilizes the chakra being pumped back into her body to force her body to heal itself not through regeneration of old cells but the creation of new cells through division. Since the cells of a person's body can only divide themselves so many times in a person's life this process dramatically shortens her lifespan every time it is used.

She can also pair it with another technique which allows her to channel the chakra being pumped back into her body through her slug summon Katsuyu to small clones of Katsuyu that the slug summon created and then into people near the clones and thus allows her to heal many people simultaneously.
