According to the source link, this is basically supposed to be "futa_with_female" as well; since the artist mainly does futa, and they didn't deny it when someone replied "we need more dragon x futa". Futa!Byleth is on-top, mating with the Immaculate One in heat!
Anyway, good GOD, just imagining this is hot (and I'm not even into bestiality), even ignoring Rhea's true form is actually humanoid. Though personally, I still wish it was more than just a greyscale lineart. This stuff is exceedingly rare compared to other 3H character-pairings.
There needs to be a version of this where Rhea's the dominant one, pressing her thicc curves down hard on Byleth, smothering her loyal human with an endless loving touch.
