Bridget with tits should probably be tagged differently. Even before Strive, there'd be something on the genderswap-futanari-newhalf spectrum.
The problem created by Strive (in terms of this website) is that the last twenty-odd years of cismale trap fanart, drawn for the sake of being exactly that, do not suddenly become trans. You can't straighten all that gay. They are depicting a crossdressing male character as such. Few characters have been more insistent about their gender... which is what made Bridget a queer icon in the first place. In modern parlance, Bridget was already cis+.
But regardless of canon or bickering, this specific image depicts Bridget as a trans girl - as clearly as any 2012 comic where he says "I am a boy" does not.

Ezalias is right that Bridget was clear-as-crystal a male character for years and years, and the recent version that's a transgender woman is effectively a different character. It's basically like how Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader are rather different in their depictions. I suppose.
