Nope, making lolis into tit monsters is not an improvement. It's okay once in a while but it causes confusion.

If you look for a character that is loli-sized, and find a tit monster most of the time, you'll not happy. Same goes for making lolis out of tit monsters. It's best when body proportions are relatively canon most of the time
