for those few of you who might not understand whats going on: this is a parody of when arcueid appears in the game Battle Moon wars (as most of you can guess its a tactics game but with type-moon chars) and decides to become a magical girl "phantas-moon"

and to answer anon4's dilema, phantasmoon would whoop their asses hands down. not only is she arcueid, the next in line in the brunestud bloodline and type-moon, she is a true ancestor who almost not be killed and posessed crazy inhuman power and reflexes.

but above all else, she can inazuma kick

Not to get into a powerlevel discussion here, since that will only end in tears, but Sailor Moon is quite overpowered as well. Especially in the later manga-verse, where I'd put the two about on par.
Then again, who cares. It's a catfight, nothing else matters.
