Leaving this comment for any other person that follows the @DEKAPAIYUKARI Twitter account: "DEKAPAIYUKARI" is not an artist. They simply commission these pieces of artwork and have permission from the actual artists to post them on their own Twitter.

Oh forgot to add. But when he posts 3D animations BASED on these artworks on his Twitter? Those are actually by him. So feel free to tag it under his name for those.
Also if anyone wants to post art from his account but can't figure out who drew it: Usually the artist Quote Retweets it, not always, but that's one advice. Otherwise if you can't find anything tag it as "artist_request".
