If you go to the arca.live link and it gives an error (shows and X) you can still see the video by simply making an account (on arca.live), then go to your account at the top right, click "Setting", then under "Country and region" change it to "Worldwide" (at the very top). The video should then work when you go to the arca.live link. Don't know if anyone will need this, but putting it here anyway.
