Brainwashing, to be explicit. If you look at the same screen that you see the "Slut Persona" bit on, it also says "Personality Deletion". They're deleting her original personality and replacing it with that of a slut.

Also, if there's a Space Pirate tag, might wanna add it....Several of the screens seem to imply that she's been captured by the Pirates.

i've seen this picture on hentai foundry, the story behind it is that the space pirates use sedatives on samus, strap her into this and turn her into a hooker on the space pirate homeworld.
