Michael Jackson's patented anti-gravity lean system: Your Achilles' tendons will give out before it does!

Even if he used wires and nails or both...

Your still fucking god if you can lean that far... stop...
And then lift all your weight with just the back of your leg... srsly

Ha! I like how there's no clipping between the hair and the hats, just like in the game.

Anon2: It was wooden dowels built into the floor that were raised mechanically. There were receptacles in the heels of the shoes covered by sliding soles. When it was time to do the lean you positioned yourself over the dowels and they were raised to lock your shoes to the floor. After the lean finished the dowels were dropped back into the floor, releasing you, and you went on dancing. No wires, no nails, so he was able to perform it live without anyone being able to tell how he was supported. Michael designed the whole thing himself, frankly it's a genius idea. He was never at such an angle that his center of gravity was too far from his feet to get back to vertical quickly; you reach the point of your feet slipping long before you reach the point of tipping over.
