This is kinda annoying to see. The term "shortstack" at one point in history, was a way Adults would identify a kid or youngster. "Stacked" was term for women with eye catching large breast. Later over the decades, however. "Shortstack" would become a low-key way to identify short girls, who were very well endowed.
So my annoyance just comes from, not being sure when the term lost it's clever meaning. And simply reverted to a general term for short people. I think the devs for a certain final fantasy game is responsible for this misunderstanding.

It never means just short people. It's short characters that have large tits and/or hips.
