What do you mean you don't know how it would work out, anon 1? Its a boy and a girl, plain and simple.
Touma is used to be treated as a boy but that doesn't mean she wants to be one and Makoto is not gay nor he enjoys cross dressing... for christ sake, the only reason he is doing it for the sake of being closer to the girls so he can score with the one sister that he likes but at the same time Yuka kind of likes him too.
