Maybe her body has been modified so that her stomach and skin around it are gel like, ie can reform back to original shape when the aliens eat through it.

Look at her eyes teeth and expression, she looks alive and not in EXTREME pain...

Well I'm not a doctor but I'm a medic (or used to be) and I'd say you're right. That sort of damage would be followed by a much more extreme expression or fainting so it has to be as you said. Still don't like guro though. How can anyone like this? I mean who the fuck would like their guts eaten out?!
