I think the baby is reference to one of his movie called Rob-b-hood in which JC. is some petty thief who have to bring(kidnap) the baby of a mafia's runaway son back because the son has already died and the baby is the mafia's last heir.

Either that or its just an awesome factor to make this art peice even more awesome.
